How we work together — in plain English. These terms apply to all website projects and care plans. Last updated May 2026.
These terms apply to all clients of Jackson & Crown. By paying a deposit, confirming a quote by email, or signing a proposal — you agree to these terms in full.
Under £500: 100% upfront. £500–£999: 50% deposit, 50% on launch. £1,000+: 50% deposit, 25% at design approval, 25% on launch. Payment due within 7 days of invoice. The site will not go live until all payments are received.
Starter: 2 rounds. Growth: 3 rounds. Premium: unlimited. Additional rounds charged at £75 per round. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback, not individual requests made separately.
Once final payment is received, you own the website outright. Your domain always belongs to you. On cancellation of a care plan, we provide all files within 7 working days at no charge.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
